Office Hours
The Transportation Services Customer Service Center is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm. The office closes daily from 1 pm to 2 pm.
Compliance Policy
Permit and payment regulations are strictly enforced Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 5 pm, whenever the university is open. Some lots are restricted after 5 pm and/or at all times and Night/Weekend Parking Rules are enforced throughout campus. Please read all posted restrictions before choosing where to park.
Students, faculty, and staff should visit myparking.cornell.edu to check their permit and vehicle information before parking.
Fine-due citations are issued in response to permit and payment requirement violations. The accumulation of fines and disregard of posted regulations can result in the immobilization and/or towing of vehicles.
University Holiday Parking
Permit and payment regulations are relaxed during official university holidays. If the university is open for business, permit and payment rules are in effect and will be enforced.
