The mission of the FCS Diversity & Inclusion Initiative is to create and maintain a culture of inclusion where differences are valued in the workplace. The IPP Diversity Advisory Group will serve as leaders and advocates within the division and will support and align with Cornell’s Commitment to Diversity.
