Facilities Inventory Services
University Policy 2.7, Reporting the Use of Facilities, mandates that all facilities must be inventoried through the Facilities Inventory System on a yearly basis.
Getting Started:
The Facilities Inventory is used to report the use of space. Authorized users access the system to perform a mandatory annual review of the use of rooms and to provide updates. Facilities inventory data is available to authorized users through reports in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
