Space modifications can range from hanging pictures, painting, adding additional electrical outlets, and moving items all the way to a major renovation. Depending on the complexity and cost of the work being done, a space modification can transition from being a service to being a project.
- Space modification requests should be initiated through your Building Coordinator who will work with FCS Projects Administration.
Any space modification that is not maintenance or repair work qualifies as a departmental expense and will require an account number to pay for the services.
Requests for space modifications in residential facilities should be referred to the Student and Campus Life Facilities office.
