Lighting

If you are experiencing a lighting problem please contact the Building Coordinator, or put in an online service request.  Find your building coordinator at Find Facility information.

  • For routine bulb replacement contact the Building Coordinator or report the issue to the Building Care Custodian. Routine replacement is handled by custodians. Find your buildings custodial manager on the FCS Building Care Staff webpage.

  • For bulbs in a very high fixture, or specialty lighting problems, contact the Building Coordinator or you can enter a service request online. 
  • For a problem with a classrooms lights contact the Building Coordinator or call 255-5322. 
  • If you notice a buildings outside lighting is not working contact the Building Coordinator or enter a service request online. 
  • For light pole lights, traffic lights, Blue Light phone lights, or emergency lighting that is not working report to the Public Safety Communication Center by using Rave Guardian or by phone at 607-255-1111.

Need lighting for an event – enter a service request online and include a department account for the event.
