Under the guidance of the IT Liaison, Rhea Gibson, IT and Business Analytics serves as the steward of Facilities and Campus Services’ IT resources, data resources, and policies. The objective is to liaise with CIT to ensure that we receive the high level of support we have come to expect. This group also provides business analytics, acts as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions, and analyzes, transforms, and resolves business problems with the help of technology.

FCS Access to Systems

When requiring access to an FCS-owned system, please view the Access Policy and Chart page to request access.

Guidance for Central IT Governance Processes

The liaison will assist FCS departments in adhering to Central IT's governance process including statement of needs and project charters.

CIT Support Liaison

The liaison will assist in escalating and communicating technology needs for FCS departments including general ticket concerns, computer requests and inventory, applications support. 

Project Management

The liaison will serve as a project manager on internal, small-medium sized projects. 

Business Analysis

The liaison will serve as a business analyst when assisting on larger FCS projects, including process improvement.

Committees

FCS IT Steering Committee: 

This committee is comprised of a representative from each department within FCS, including CIT's Desktop Support and Admin Applications managers. This committee keeps a pulse on the IT needs within the departments, across FCS as a whole, in tandem with Central IT's vision and goal.

FCS Web Content Owners: 

This committee is comprised of a representative from each department that contributes content to the overall FCS website. This committee is charged with creating content consumable to the public while adhering to web accessibility standards.
