Archiving Services can provide access to documents in the Construction Document Archives, and Facilities Inventory drawings.  Request access by sending an email to

Records in the archives represent the legacy of Cornell construction projects.  Please note that the Construction Document Archives are not a complete history of Cornell facilities.

Procedures for Faculty and Student Projects

  • Plan adequate time (2 weeks), material may not be available on a short turn around, or not available due to security issues.
  • Contact our Archiving Office for all building related material.
