Facilities Inventory: Known Issues and Tips

The issues listed below may currently cause confusion for users of the facilities inventory system.  Follow the links for solutions.

The view of the inventory system is not editable (since August 2024)

Searching for a new room does not update the room view at the bottom of the screen.  As a result, the user may edit the wrong room.

Excel spreadsheets are available from Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) reports and not from the facilities inventory system itself.

Applying a filter to the data view of rooms results in slow performance if subsequently editing the rooms.

Removing text for a data filter does not remove the filtering.

A facilities inventory user sees a delete button but cannot remove a KFS org from a room.
