Sage Hall Room 257 Expansion
Project Description
1. Remove metal framed gypsum walls to allow for expansion from Room 257 into Room 255. Remove light weight slope underlayment fill and raise area in corridor in support of new raised floor system.
2. Provide and install new floor system, railings, walls, and base. Patch and paint new and existing walls. Install Owner-Furnished carpet tiles. Install Owner-Furnished Wall Mounted LED Display Monitors and provide blocking as required.
