Facilities Inventory System

The facilities inventory system is used to complete the annual space inventory as required by University Policy 2.7 Reporting the Use of Space.

The facilities inventory documentation contains instructions, best-practice recommendations, and system specifications.

The facilities inventory is available at https://prod.iwms.cornell.edu  Access is granted by NetID upon request from the facilities inventory "org admin" in your college or division.

Users with access to the facilities inventory system also have access to Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) reports about facilities inventory data at https://oasprod.db.cornell.edu/analytics.  This is the place to download inventory content from the Dashboard > IWMS > Facilities Inventory subject area.
