Project Description

1. Morrison Hall - Passenger elevator replacements

a. Replacement of two (2) five stop passenger elevators each within its own phase.

b. Architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical work associated with elevator replacement.

c. Asbestos abatement required for elevator replacement.

d. Smoke mitigation modifications within each elevator machine room. Smoke hatch installations to be completed prior to new elevator equipment placement.

e. All applicable code updates.

2. Riley-Robb Hall - Passenger elevator replacement

a. Replacement of one (1) five stop passenger elevator within its own phase.

b. Architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical work associated with elevator replacement.

c. Asbestos abatement required for elevator replacement.

d. Smoke mitigation modifications within elevator machine room.

e. All applicable code updates.
