 QUALIFICATION PROCESSES

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATION

All prime contractors must complete a Qualification Process. Use the following link to submit preliminary information about your organization -
Contractor Qualification Process (e-Builder).

The Qualification Statement Form is available to download at: Contractor Qualification Help Files and Statement of Qualification Form

Upon submission of the Initial Request to be qualified, you will contacted within 30 days to schedule a Meet & Greet.  Cornell will request additional qualification materials via the e-Builder process.  Please respond promptly to any e-Builder Request for Comment email messages relative to the “Contractor Qualification” process as this will ensure timely review and qualification determination.  All information submitted will be secure and confidential.

Cornell will request a Financial Review and Insurance EMR every 2 years and a Full Review of qualifications every 4 years.  When these are required, you will receive an email that will prompt you to initiate a new Contractor Qualification process.
