The purpose of this project is to provide a new addressable fire alarm system and associated raceways at the Computer Communications Center. The existing horn/ strobe fire alarm system shall be removed upon the acceptance of the new horn/ strobe fire alarm system.
Estimated Construction Budget: $320,000-$340,000
Remove the existing south mouse paddock, which has reached the end of its service life, and construct four (4) new paddock structures to enable and support continued research.
Estimated Construction Budget: $325,000-$350,000
Replace the Reverse-Osmosis/Deionized (“RO/DI”) water system equipment skid located in Comstock Hall Mechanical Room #B060. The work includes piping modifications, new valves, and flow meters to be installed at each floor throughout the building.
