REF 06 - Maximo Person Groups
Person Groups serve many purposes. They are used to:
- Group Maximo employees
- Distinguish the owner of a service request
- Identify the group responsible for the work on a work order (known as Work Group)
- Determine whether or not charges on a work order will bill
- Determine the income account associated to material charges (if billable)
- Direct workflow
