Facilities Inventory: Changing the Org Status of a Large Number of Rooms

It is possible to change the status of a large number of rooms, for example, from "open" to "reviewed" or "reviewed" to "approved", by downloading a specific spreadsheet of rooms, making some alterations to the spreadsheet, and then uploading the spreadsheet back into the facilities inventory.

Modify the Spreadsheet
Change the Worksheet Name to "KG"
The first step in Excel is to rename the worksheet table to uppercase letters "KG". This is the name of the database table in the system where these changes will be loaded.
- Right click on the worksheet name in the bottom of Excel.
- Select "Rename".
- Enter "KG".
- Save the change.
