Shop support needed to shutdown and drain domestic water system in Phillips including steam water heaters and hot water recirc pumps. Shutdown has been scheduled for a Saturday in hopes of minimizing impact to occupants.

Jake advised that shut down now set for 12/16 4 AM -9 AM, Reaching out to building coordinators to approve.
Spoke to Todd & Jake regarding this utility shut down. Jake asked for 12/13 on behalf of building coordinator. However, no one from pipe shop will be onsite or able to perform work, jake will speak with team and call us back,
Jake said they can move utility shut down to 12/16 from 4am to 9 am, pipe shop not available until 6 am. set for 6 am to 11 am
