Chilled water shutdown to replace section of 12" HDPE supply piping in Lib Slope CHW vault. Buildings will be isolated but not drained, as there is isolation outside buildings. NEED CONTROL SUPPORT to lock out building CHW pumps so they don't cavitate, during shutdown.
