This blackout test will occur in both Toni Morrison and Ganedago to finalize generator blackout testing. Generator power will kick on and be active for the 3 hours.
Morrison Dining shall note the shutdown will shut down coolers/freezers as the CHW pumps are not yet wired to back up power (this is in the works).
