Otis to perform a weight drop down test starting Thursday to Friday to determine where the hydraulic system oil leak is located. The system will be shut down Thursday morning and left out-of-service until end of Friday. No other elevator in the facility. Otis manager Maria Bauder (315) 313-3072.
