Steam to be off for approx. 3 hours to repair leaking/rotted nipples on steam PRV pilot piping, as well as leaking head on steam PRV station. weather is forcasted for warmer at night and avove freezing during day. parts are onsite and prefabbed so shutdown should be smooth.
