Online Booking Instructions
Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested start time. Online orders are not intended for rush or super-rush services. Please call 254-8293 for assistance using the booking tool or to make a same-day request.
Getting Started
Create Orders
Go to the RedRunner Courier Application online booking tool. Logging in requires a CU NetID/password.
- Choose Create an Order.
- Complete all required fields (marked with *)
- NetID (will populate customer information)
- GL Account Fields (case sensitive) require CHART (field 1) and ACCOUNT (field 2). SUB_OBJECT (field 4) is prefilled.
- Start Time (must be at least 24 hours prior to the time of booking)
- Order Type (person or package)
- Service Type (regular, rush, super-rush, hourly)
- Quantity (number of people or packages)
- Off Campus (yes/no)
- Signature Services (yes/no)
- Cost Calculated (automatic calculation)
- Instructions (enter any special instructions for the courier)
- Secondary Phone (mobile, etc.)
- Deliver By
- Pickup Location (building address, floor number, office, etc.)
- Dropoff Location (building address, floor number, office, etc.)
- Choose CREATE. The tool will validate the order, and will enforce the Start Time requirement of 24 hours.
Manage Orders
Go to the RedRunner Courier Application online booking tool. Logging in requires a CU NetID/password.
- Choose Manage Orders.
- Filter the view using the fields below the column headers.
- Choose the magnifying glass in the VIEW column to review a specific order.
- Export orders to Excel.
Requirements
Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the service request.
Job requests must fall within our regular work hours:
Monday – Friday, except on Cornell observed holidays.
7:45am – 3:45pm
