All,
This is going to take longer than just an afternoon because of some re-piping that'll be needed outside. The boiler crew and NYSEG"s consensus is to have a majority of the day set aside for the repair. After playing phone tag with Bernie, NYSEG and Dan, we have set a date for Wednesday, September 16th with an 8am start time. That means all gas will be off to the ECRF until the work is completed. No hot showers, no clothes dryers and no Autoclaves.
Our apologies in advance for this inconvenience. Given the scenario, this is the best case where we can try and plan for this repair rather than it be an emergency that decides for us.
