Project Description
1. Remove and discard the existing Myron Taylor Jane Foster Hall elevator controller, tank/pump units, hydraulic cylinders, hoistway limit switches and wiring, travelers, car and hall fixtures, door operators, and elevator interior finishes.
2. Provide new elevator controllers, tank/pump units, hydraulic cylinders, hoistway limit switches and wiring, travelers, car and hall fixtures, door operators, and elevator interior finishes. New elevators shall be provided with Phase 1 recall and Phase 2 firefighter service.
