FCS FY 2027 Assessment Dashboard Release

The FCS Fiscal Year 2027 Assessment Dashboard is now available, providing visibility into the costs assessed to campus for FY 2027. The dashboard includes comparative views across key cost drivers by model, including Space, Technical Rating, FTE, and Consumption.

As part of ongoing model modernization, the Building Care and Utilities assessment models were substantially redesigned for FY 2027. As a result, these sections currently reflect FY 2027 data only. Full comparative analysis will be incorporated following the completion of FY 2028 assessments.
