College Ave 301 Turnover

Project Description

This project will provide the following updates to 301 College Avenue to prepare for the Fall 2026 occupancy.
 

1.    Provide sprinkler heads to areas that do not have sprinkler coverage to achieve full building coverage, and repair or replace existing sprinkler heads that are damaged or painted as noted on the drawings. 
2.    Install new fire alarm devices (initiating and notification) and reprogram the existing cellular dialer to report to Cornell’s central monitoring station at Barton Hall as noted on the Drawings.
3.    Install new battery-operated emergency lights, exit signs, and exit discharge lighting as noted on the Drawings.
4.    Paint walls and ceilings.
