Comstock Hall 5th Floor Lab and Support Space Renovations
Project Description
1. Renovate approximately 3,900 SQFT in Rooms 5119, 5121A, 5121, 5123, 5123A, 5123B, and 5132 on the 5th floor of Comstock Hall. Work includes renovation of existing lab space that will be occupied by a new faculty member.
2. Demolition includes removal of existing casework, most ceilings, lighting, a controlled environmental room, and removal of asbestos containing materials as hazardous material. These spaces will be reconstructed with new ceiling, partition wall, lighting, finishes, MEP systems, fume hood, and laboratory casework.
