Project Description
1. Remove existing roof membrane system down to wood plank decking and install new asphalt and modified bitumen roofing system.
2. Remove existing dormer and install new framing and decking where dormer is removed.
3. Relocate existing attic ductwork where dormer is removed and replace dormer window exhaust and intake louvers with rooftop mounted insulated curb units.
