Josh Manser (jam672) is aware of this shutdown, but should sign off on this request. Pipe Shop assistance (Jason Backcock) is needed to switchover cooling tower to domestic prior to shutdown; Todd Searles should sign off on this. Archie Reuse should be copied as well in case ACR is needed.
