Savage Hall and Kinzelberg Hall Generator Replacement
Project Description
1. Replace the existing undersized emergency generator serving Savage Hall and Kinzelberg Hall with a new 600kw diesel generator to support current and anticipated future lab renovation loads.
2. Work includes the removal of the existing generator and concrete pad, a portion of granite block retaining wall and selected trees.
3. There will be new installation including a new areaway access stair, walkway pavers, generator and switchgear, concrete enclosure, architectural screening, site restoration and landscaping.
