Project Description
1. Provide new exterior ADA concrete ramp with railings and a new stone pathway.
2. Provide modifications to exterior steel stairs and paint.
3. Provide repairs and waterproof coating to existing roof gutter system.
4. Provide repairs and replacement of select exterior doors.
5. Provide repairs and repainting of exterior trim and windows.
6. Provide HVAC and electrical improvements in Mechanical Room.
