Project Description
1. To provide reliable heat to student spaces by replacing the existing electric cabinet unit heaters serving the corridors of the building with like equipment. Various building system components, such as exit signs, data Wi-Fi routers, and fire protection distribution piping will be relocated to provide necessary clearance for the replacement unit heaters.
