Building the Future of Facilities Management at Cornell
The Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Redeployment project continues to make steady progress as teams from across Cornell work together to shape the future of facilities and asset management.
This effort is more than a system implementation. It is an opportunity to strengthen how facilities organizations work together, improve access to information, establish common processes, and support better decision-making across the university.
Over the past several months, representatives from facilities organizations across Cornell have contributed their expertise through discovery sessions, workshops, design reviews, planning meetings, and working groups. These contributions are helping ensure that the future Maximo environment reflects the needs of the people who use it every day.
