Facilities Inventory: Known Issues

As we start using FMS:Workplace software for updating the annual facilities inventory, here is our list of known issues. Check here before reporting a problem. We may already know about it. We'll keep this list up-to-date with problems, solutions, and work-arounds as we know about them.

In some cases you may be able to use the Room column search filter of "Contains". For example, "C22" combined with "Contains" would return a list of all rooms containing "C22" in the room number. Search for more than one room in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) |

While the facilities inventory data contains a large table of facility nicknames, this list is not currently available from the "Facility Name" search. As a work-around, the search in the "Find Facility Information" page is connected to the list of facility nicknames. One could search here to find the facility code and then search in the IWMS system using the facility code instead of a nickname. |
