FM Operations and Support Services
FM Operations and Support Services is responsible for FM's safety culture, FM staff training, coordination of hazardous construction material testing and mitigation, purchasing for Facility Management teams, the FM Customer Service call center and Work Intake teams, and the campus Energy Management Controls Service (EMCS) team. Additionally, FM Operations and Support Services oversees FM's Maintenance Planning Team, responsible for campus-wide facility assessments and maintaining deficiency data, plans/scopes/estimates Facility Maintenance projects, and serves as primary Campus Facilities stakeholder on capital construction projects.
