Fleet Maintenance Services

University-Owned Vehicle Maintenance

Schedule regular maintenance of fleet rental or department-owned vehicle by calling our service department at 255-3248.  

Getting Started

Our licensed mechanics can provide the following services, or will coordinate with local auto shops for larger repairs such as transmission or body work.

  • New York State Inspection

  • Basic maintenance and service including oil change, tire rotation, tire replacement, etc.
  • Brakes
  • Exhaust
  • Front end work
  • Suspension
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Must be a university-owned vehicle. We do not service personal vehicles.
  • Schedule service by calling 255-3248.
  • Drop off the vehicle in time for the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancel service appointments at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid penalty.
