This project addresses water infiltration issues and related structural beam degradation in William T. Keeton House by:
1. Adding structural steel to existing
2. Installing an access stair and platform
3. Replacing a door and frame
4. Replacing a concrete slab entryway including waterproofing, new concrete, and stucco repair.
