Project Description

1.    Provide construction services to replace the existing deteriorated brick and limestone courtyard located at the south entrance to Sage Chapel including but not limited to:
a.    South courtyard paver system shall be removed and re-constructed, ADA accessibility to these entrance doors shall remain upon its completion.
b.    Provide, maintain a temporary ADA accessible ramp to Sage Chapel’s north entrance during construction.
c.    Snow melting system under the courtyard pathways, including all related work.
d.    Site lighting, including all related electrical work.
e.    Ornamental steel guard fence; including all related work.
f.    Removal and replacement of landscaping plantings as indicated.
g.    Existing site walls shall remain.
h.    Existing site benches shall be salvaged and re-installed at project completion.
i.    Condition of two (2) stair treads and other existing stonework shall be reviewed for potential restoration or replacement.
