Ruffian Equine Medical Center Standing CT Room and PET Installation
Project Description
Contractor to install a new equine standing CT unit and a PET scanner unit at the Cornell Ruffian Equine Medical Center, and provide modifications to the holding stalls, as required, to support the CT/PET scanning program
- Renovations to the existing treadmill room to create a new standing CT scan room include:
- Excavation and modifications to the concrete pit dimensions.
- New shielded door installation.
- M/E/P modifications to support new equipment, including installation of a new split unit cooling system.
- Provide modifications to the PET room to support installation of a new scanner.
- Provide an enclosure and minor modifications to eight (8) existing barn stalls to support the scanning program.
- Excavation and modifications to the concrete pit dimensions.

$1.0 Million - $1.1 Million
