Rhodes Hall B50 Lab Renovation

Project Description

The project includes the interior renovation of Rhodes Hall B50 Laboratory located in the Rhodes Hall basement. There is work outside of the areas described above, to support the Work.  The scope includes all construction required to accomplish the Work, as shown on the Drawings, including but not limited to the following: 
2.    Provide temporary partitions at work areas. Maintain proper egress at all times. Protect existing finishes to remain.  
3.    Demolish, remove, or salvage select existing construction. Demolish existing finishes and existing mechanical and electrical systems as indicated on the Drawings.
4.    Provide new finishes, including flooring and wall paint.  Provide new non-rated gate and framed support. Provide speed rails for motion capture support. Provide a net curtain and track. 
5.    Provide limited mechanical work which includes, but is not limited to, new mechanical diffusers and piping. 
6.    Provide new or adjust electrical systems in the project area required for complete installation. This includes but is not limited to adjustments to power distribution. Relocate the transformer.
