Replace Chiller - Ives Hall SUCF# 181005
Project Description
This project will be a full replacement of the Chiller, along with the associated heat exchanger, the main building pump, and associated controls, located in the mechanical space of the northeast corner. The replacement of the old chiller shall be with a more efficient model with redundancy. The existing chiller serves cooling coils in air handling units AC-1 and AC-1A which serve Catherwood Library Archives which requires continuous reliable space conditioning. Refrigeration removal from the existing chiller will be done by Cornell.
