JL Swanson Wildlife Health Center AHU and Roof Replacement
Project Description
1. Remove and replace the existing roof, some of which is known ACM and will need to be done under abatement conditions.
2. Demolish existing air handling units and associated electrical, mechanical, and control equipment, modify ductwork and controls, and purchase and install a new rooftop air handling unit. Perform associated balancing and controls work to ensure proper operation.
