Hurlburt House PTAC Replacement
Project Description
1. Replace approximately 55 gas-powered Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) units with heat pumps.
2. Increase the electrical service to the building and add a marshalling box for a temporary generator if needed.
3. Remove existing gas lines feeding the current PTACs.
