Delta Tau Delta Phase 1 Renovations
Project Description
1. Interior renovations to the entry lobby, first and second floor gang bathrooms, first floor ADA bathroom, kitchen exhaust hood, and underslab sanitary piping for grease collection. Exterior renovations to add a grease trap, entrance canopy, and plantings.
2. Maintain access for all occupants to code compliant commercial kitchen within the facility during academic semesters.
