Corson Mudd Hall Vivarium Renovation

Project Description

1.           Renovation of approximately 536 square feet of existing office space into a wet laboratory on the first floor of Corson Hall.  The scope of work is to include construction of a vivarium space that will house fish.  Demolition includes the removal of flooring, partitions, ceilings, lighting, and MEP systems; including removal of asbestos materials as hazardous materials. 

2.  Rooms E148 and E150 will be substantially gutted and reconstructed with finishes, ceilings, MEPFP systems and laboratory casework.  Additionally, room E150A will house chilled water equipment.

$450,000-$465,000
