Child Care Center Swing Space at RPCC
Project Description
This project includes three phases of work in the Robert Purcell Community Center (RPCC). Phase 1 includes select demolition of existing 3rd floor kitchens and dining hall. Replace drop ceiling and grid and demo brick air intake in penthouse and install louvres. Phase 2 includes installation of temporary childcare center spaces on 2nd and 3rd floors of RPCC. Phase 3 includes the conversion of temporary childcare center to multi-purpose space. Revert all indoor and outdoor spaces back to post-Phase 1 condition with repairs as needed.
