Project Description
1. Replace steam heating mechanical equipment with hot water equipment in Mechanical spaces of Baker South, Baker North, Baker Tower and Founders Hall.
2. Remove existing utilities from the Baker tunnel.
3. Replace utilities and fill the Baker Tunnel.
