Project Description

1.    This project consists of the infilling the existing skylights and providing a new slate roof system to the squash court wing roof in the North West corner of the building including but not limited to the following:
a.    ACM Abatement of the roof area as outlined in the Contract Documents.
b.    Removal of existing roofing system and adjacent roofing system appurtenances.
c.    Infill and preparation of skylight areas to receive a homogeneous roofing system for the entire wing.
d.    Installation of a new slate roofing system including all necessary, adjacent roofing appurtenances.
