Field Name Definition & Information
Facility Code As validated by Facilities Inventory.
Record Type This is the type of Document. (See record type definitions above.)
Project Number/eBuilder Number As issued by the Archiving Group. (Older records do not have project numbers.)
Document Date The most recent date on the document. (The month, day and year are captured.)
Sheet Name Title of the sheet as it appears on the drawings.
Discipline see attached discipline definitions. Note many older drawings have “unspecified” listed as the discipline.
Project Title As per the title sheet on the drawing set. Or as per eBuilder project name.
Designer Name Consultant name.
Scope Scope that is captured from the PAR or drawings.

Discipline  Definition 
Architectural  All sheets beginning with "A" (architectural), "I" (interior), "G" (general), except "AV" which belong with Electrical. Include sheets that are cover sheets, index to drawings sheets. 
Structural  All sheets beginning with "S" 
Mechanical  All sheets beginning with "M", "HVAC", "FP"  (FP includes plans for sprinklers) 
Plumbing  All sheets beginning with "P" 
Electrical  All sheets beginning with "E", "FA" (fire alarm), "AV" (audio visual), “T” (telecommunications) and plans relating to power, lighting, security, and telecommunications. 
Equipment  This category is not used often, check with Becky before using.  Drawings may come in labeled "Q".   
Plot Plans  All sheets beginning with "L" (landscape), "C" (civil), "D" (drainage), "SP" (site plan), drawings relating to site, surveys, and storm water prevention plans. 
Topographical  This category is not used often; check with Becky before using, would typically include existing condition surveys.  Existing condition survey drawings may have a "C", in which case they would go in "Plot Plans". 
Utilities  All sheets beginning with "U" (utilities) or "SU" (site utilities).
