New Hours for Parking Customer Service July 1

Beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2026, Cornell Transportation Services will operate with revised Monday through Friday office hours.  

  • Customer service representatives will be available via TDX ticketing and phone 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Walk-in office hours will be 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • The office is closed daily 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  • Deliveries and mail are accepted 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Between 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., please call 607-255-4600 for assistance.
