Revise Your Ride March 19 and April 17, 2020

Change your commute, win prizes.

Cornell University Transportation Services is sponsoring another opportunity to Revise Your Ride (RYR). Launched last August during new student move-in, the goal was to reduce the number of faculty and staff vehicles driving to Cornell and parking on campus during move-in.

Two RYR event dates are scheduled for this spring: March 19 and April 17, 2020. Participants can earn incentives and win prizes by taking advantage of transportation and parking alternatives like using a park-and-ride, working remotely, sharing the ride to campus, taking transit, or cycling or walking to campus.

More than 1,000 employees now participate in a commuting alternative program, including the recently expanded unlimited-access transit option. These programs offer enhanced benefits and incentives for participation in lieu of an individually-held parking permit: Occasional-use permits, discounted (or free!) annual permits, unlimited transit access, and Ithaca Carshare memberships.
